The 25,000 square foot estate is built in the French Normandy style and has a wine cellar, tennis court, and 75-foot swimming pool. The price of Chartwell as of right now is $195 million.

3) Owlwood Estate, Los Angeles

Owlwood Estate, which spans over 10 acres and includes a 12,200 square foot main house, a pool, a tennis court, and a guesthouse, was formerly owned by a number of influential Hollywood figures, including Tony Curtis and Cher. Currently, the estate is priced at $180 million.

4) Casa Encantada, Los Angeles

The former residence of entrepreneur and philanthropist Jerry Buss, Casa Encantada is a 38,000 square foot property with 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 12 fireplaces. Currently, Casa Encantada is priced at $135 million.

6) The Pinnacle, Montana

Tim Blixseth's The Pinnacle, dubbed the "Playboy Mansion of Montana," is a 12-bedroom, 15-bathroom ski chalet with more than 20,000 square feet. The estate has a bowling alley, an indoor basketball court, and an indoor pool. Currently, The Pinnacle is priced at $98 million.

7) Xanadu 2.0, Washington

Formerly owned by Microsoft co-founder, Bill Gates, Xanadu 2.0 is a 66,000-square-foot waterfront mansion that features 7 bedrooms, 18.75 bathrooms, and a 60-foot-long swimming pool. The estate also includes a trampoline room, a library, and a "beach" area with imported sand. Xanadu 2.0 is currently listed for $147 million.

Villa Firenze is a 17,500 square foot Mediterranean-style estate with 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and a 5-car garage that was once owned by Hungarian billionaire Steven Udvar-Hazy. Udvar-Hazy got his money in the business of leasing airplanes. The estate also has a putting green, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. The price of Villa Firenze is currently $25 million.

9) The Promontory, Utah

Billionaire businessman Jon Huntsman Sr. once owned The Promontory, an 18,000 square foot residence on a private, gated estate in Park City, Utah. The mansion features 8 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, and an infinity pool. A lake, a private lake house, a barn with riding paddocks, and a stable are other features of the property. The Promontory is now listed for $22 million.
