St. Louis INNO Fire Awards

St. Louis Inno is officially recognizing the local companies and organizations that are blazing the trail for innovation within the entrepreneurial economy with their Fire Awards – And Transactly is one of the 19 Finalists. In their inaugural Fire Awards, St. Louis Inno is honoring startups, investors, and organizations that reached major milestones in the last year, all of which contribute to the now booming innovation economy in St. Louis, MO.

Transactly, a rapidly growing Real Estate Transaction Platform, is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and was founded in 2017 by Bryan Bowles. Transactlys’ mission is to be the platform of choice for the people involved in real estate transactions. Transactly’s platform provides the largest team of tech-enabled transaction coordinators in North America. The real estate technology startup has been on a rapid growth clip, tripling its annual revenue and expanding the scope of its businesses. Transactly provides real estate agents and brokerages with tech-enabled transaction coordinators and services to assist in processing and closing real estate transactions. It also used recent acquisitions to create a new business segment called Connect, which focuses on providing homebuyers and tenants with a streamlined way to set up home utilities and services.

The St. Louis Inno’s Fire Awards finalists are grouped into five categories: agtech, biotech/health tech, software/innovation, catalyst/investors, and fire starters/community builders. Major key points that Inno considered while making the nominations for finalists were: new funding, adding headcount, social and community impact, product launches, company pivots, company growth, and amazing stories of innovators reshaping the ecosystem – with Transactly being nominated in the Software & Innovation category.

Winners for each category selected from the finalists will be named at Inno’s Fire Awards celebration by a judging panel of local leaders in innovation. The award event is being held on July 26 at the Boo Cat Club. This is a celebration of both the winning startups as well as the entire St. Louis entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event will also honor their Startup Exit Awards winners, which will be announced later this week.
